Performance Evaluations

As some of you may remember, I work for a hospital system in the field of Human Resources. Today I ran across this article on HR Morning.com by Jim Giuliano, pulled from Business Management Daily. It is so crass that it's funny to me so I thought I would share it.

These are said to be from actual employee performance reviews of federal employees:

  • "She has delusions of adequacy."
  • "I wouldn't allow this employee to breed."
  • "He would argue with a signpost."
  • "When his IQ reaches 50, he should sell."
  • "He brings a lot of joy when he leaves the room."
  • "If he were any more stupid, he'd have to be watered."
It's nice to be appreciated by your employer.
